Engine Rattle

Has anyone had your 5.4 rattle after the oil change. Had my oill changed twice and on the startup the engine rattles for about 2 seconds.

mine does it bad also, it is due to the valve train running without oil until the pump can build up pressure and get oil to everything. I've heard if you fill up the filter before installation it helps...but I am not too worried about it.
