Interior Map Light Replacement???

Anyone know how to access the bulbs inside the map/reading lights, and/or what type of bulbs are used? I want to replace the factory bulbs with aftermarket LED's and I don't want to go prying on the lenses without knowing exactly where to open them.

the whole housing should pull down with a quick tug. there are spring clips holding the housing up.

pics of before and after would be cool.
