my 351w in my truck is gettin prety tired, down on power, burns oil, oil pressure builds slowly in the morning, its got 300 000 km on it (canada) still runs good though. im thinkin of rebulding it this winter, would i be able to get away with a ring and hone, new bearings, new oil pump, turn the crank, cam lifters and timing set, and have the heads done? would it be fine just to ring and hone? or would i be crazy to do that much work and not bore it
