Spark plug issue

I am up for a set of 8 new spark plugs, but I don't want to do it myself. How much should I expect to pay for new plugs? Also, I had a vacum leak and follow some advise of on of the guys, by wrapping the vacum line tightly with electrical tape. It worked great. It was the line that attaches to the PCV valve, I also replaced the valve. My "Service Engine Light" went out around 4 to 5 driving cycles afterwards. I still get the occassional "sputter or misfire" when I am under easy accelleration from around 1300rpm to around 1700 rpm. All of the plugs are factory and I bought the truck new. Could this all be a spark plug issue, or is this still the vacum line problem. No code presented on the code reader from autozone. Also, the fuel filter has been replaced less than I year ago. I drive 95% interstate miles. I normally run around 75 to 80 mph on the interstate. What do you guys think?
