Replacing interior lighting?
Hey,
I've got a 2001 Explorer Sport (as you can probably tell from my screen name) and was wondering whether or not it was possible to change the colour of the interior lighting. The Explorer is red and the interior is green...frickin' CHRISTMAS colours! So, I was curious as to whether or not I could make the interior lights red. Anybody have any experience with this?

Even the door lights (lock/window buttons), gauges, console, etc.?
With the door lights, as well as the console lights, it seems as if the words themselves are green. How could that be changed?

I don't think it's possible to change the door/window buttons, short of taking them off & coloring them with a marker. As for the dash & console, I don't know if you can change those, but I don't think so. The make an overlay for the gauges, but I haven't seen anything out there for the rest of it. I thought you were only talking about the dome lights & such.

Nope, I was talkin about the whole interior ordeal. They make just about everything else for vehicles, you'd think that some some kind of after-market interior lighting kit like that would be available, right?
