302 or 351?

302 or 351?

I have a 1983 Bronco that I was told was a 302 but there are no tags or markings that I can find. How do I tell which is which since I have to change my rear main seal and would really like to know. Also is it a 1 or 2 part seal.

if the base of dizzy is lower then the manifold mounting surface then its a 351w . as for the rear seal , im not sure probably a 2 piece but one would be better
