Help Changing Front Wheel Bearings!!!
Ok everyone, I once again need your help! I have decided to replace the Automatic Hubs on my 93' Explorer XLT 4WD. I can do that myself, but I am also going to be replacing the front wheel bearings and need some help with that. I have replaced the bearings on my 85' GMC S15 2WD myself with no problem but this 4WD Explorer looks a bit different. I have called around and shops want at minimum $150 bucks to replace 2 $10 bearings. I prefer to do the repairs on my vehicles myself but have NEVER worked with a 4WD vehile before. Can someone give me STEP-BY-STEP how to remove and install the bearings?

If I recall correctly, this should be a piece o' cake. Especially since you are already be replacing the hubs. I would suggest you get a Haynes manual. It will be well worth the $10 -$15 for one. I replaced the rotors on my old '91 Ex years ago and since I had it all apart I replaced the bearings at the same time.
