Maybe looking at a second 04, what kind of deals are you guys getting?

My wife loves my truck, hates her car. I'm kind of thinking about maybe surprising her and trading in her car for a 04 F-150. I was looking at maybe an XLT...what kind of deals, rebates, etc are you guys getting thats recently bought one? There wasnt much out there when I got mine, just low financing rates...

thanks,
shane

I got $6000 off plus trade plus $1500 for going with ford credit and still chewed $1250 out from under them on my XLT.

The local paper this weekend advertised '04 XLT Crews for $24990. Didn't say whether it was 4.6 or 5.4 or other options but its not far from what I paid back in early August. There are deals to be had.

'04 discounts

The dealers in N. Calif are advertising $6-8,000 off factory sticker. Mine was from a dealer that has a huge '04 inventory (not the closest dealer by far, but the one that was way overstocked and had shortbed Supercab trucks on the lot), and was an easy $8000.00 off on my FX4. I balked, so he threw in a bedliner and bed extender. I'm happy as a clam.

Here in MD they are going for 10-11K off sticker including all of the rebates. If the dealer has a lot of overstock you can probably get even more off. If she really wants one, now is definitely the time to buy!

I found it on line when I requested a quote on line. I am not exactly sure how I got to it, since I did a lot of research on line. They are probably offering something similar, but the coupon I got was only available if you visited the site between 9/17 and 9/24

I have been chewing numbers with a local dealer. How do you get this web rebate!?!?!

I have them down to X-plan minus 6k in rebates and my APR is 6.9. THis totals to about 10,800 off MSRP and I think the APR may be a little high.
Please help with any additional I can get out of them!!
