Well I just put on my Magnaflow XL 13966 muffler on my 96 F150 302 and am very happy with it. It is not real loud but I have noticed a little more oomph on the gas pedal. I spliced it in my original exhaust leaving the 2.25 pipe so I wont lose much torque. It feels much better now I need to try towing something...LOL.. Thanks for the advice SS Randy where ever you may be.......

Yeah they're real purty too aren't they? Shame to hide them up under the truck.
I like the sound of mine too. Sometimes I wish my setup was a little louder but for everyday driving it's a huge sound improvement over stock.
