From Comp Cams, I would suggest the 32-219-3 hydraulic high energy cam. It is great for 4X4's and for towing. It is a 260/260 duration cam. That might make it a wee bit weaker for a 400. But, anything I see in the Comp Cams catalog above that gets rough and racy in a hurry. Actually, though, looking at the specs, I believe I would prefer the Comp Cam over the Ford SVO Cam.
If you like, I can check with some people I know at an engine building shop in Nashville for you.
I have gone through every Holley manual I have and none of them show many specific adjustment specs for a model 4160. They give several general guides, but no specific ones, save the float level through the sight glass or portal. Perhaps you could try www.holley.com.
I do have a couple more manuals that are not here right now for a friend is borrowing them to tune on his race car. When he is finished with them, I could see about specs in the other two if you wish and have time for that.

I was trying to find a specifications and adjustment manual for your model 4160 carburetor, #80457-2; I finally found one @ www.autobarn.net. It is an HPBooks manual specifically on the models 4150 and 60. It is part number HPBHP473. I hope that may be of some measure of help to you!
