Post Weird Problems with B2

I have 2 problems right know with my 89' B2, 1 when I go wheelin' ( really lightly do bad tires) my front end seems to go out of whack when I put it back on the cement, the tires look like the allignment went out, and when I drive I have to have the wheel about 60 degrees off center to keep it strait! , and before this happened I just spent 510$ on a new knuckle and frame straiting along with the allignment. I am able to sort of solve the problem by putting it in 4WD and reverse , and that seems to straiten it out, but does anyone know what to do so it stays strait permanant??.

Also, I've noticed lately when on days when I have to drive alot ( about 100 or so miles) the next morning there will be a lug when I accelerate in 1st to 4th gear, could this be a fuel filter or fuel pump problem?, Thanks.
