FYI:
I read this article a few weeks ago about a local company here in Phoenix. They stress emissions control but also reduced diesel fuel useage using this device.
The part about releasing the product for "performance trucks and SUV's" peaked my interest.
Lets see.... If I pay approximately $0.0/gallon for my vegetable oil, and for say $1500 can raise my fuel economy by a third, from 16 to 21mpg, I will save, well, not very much.
Does actually sound promising though. I wonder what it does, especially on the intake side?
It's a product that sounds too good to be true: a device for diesel engines that reduces air pollution and optimizes fuel.
That's the promise made by Phoenix-based Emissions Technology Inc., the manufacturer of DC-100, an after-market product that helps fuel burn more completely.
Uhmmm isnt that what propane injection is supposed to do?
