I need to find a good diesel repair shop in Phoenix, AZ

I live in the Phoenix, AZ area and would like to find a good and conscientious diesel repair shop for my 2000 Ford F-250 7.3L truck. I have not lived here long and do not have any friends with diesels in the area that would be able to point me in the right direction.

Would like to avoid the dealership prices if at all possible.

Thanks!

I moved your thread to the 1999 - 2003 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel forum where you should get a better response than in the Super Duty forum.

Also, if you haven't already, you may want to post a thread in the Arizona Chapter forum here:Arizona Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums. There are fellow FTE members there with 7.3s who I'm sure would gladly point you in the right direction.

What do you want done? General maintenance can usually be done with basic hand tools. Same goes for most repairs once the issue is diagnosed.
What part of town to you live? Strictly Diesel has a shop in town and they seem to know these engines pretty well.

You could use Strictly Diesel, or Deer Valley Diesel, I have never been to either. I have talked with the guys from Strictly a few times over the past few years and they seem to be decent guys.
I use Reliable Diesel in Mesa 480-325-6262, I know lots of people who drive a long way to have them work on their stuff.

Many of us have dealt with Dennis at Strictly Diesel for years when buying parts and upgrades. He's always been one to try and sell you what you need, not what you think you want. I would have no hesitation taking my truck to them to get work done if I lived in that area.

What would you like have done or need done to your truck? There are several of us here in the Phoenix area that can point you in the right direction, along with everyone here at FTE. I've been up to the Strictly Diesel Shop and met up with Dennis. They know what they are doing in there.

Thumbs up Strictly Diesel

Strictly Diesel - I have worked with them exclusively since I have been lucky enough to find them and they are #1 in my book. The have done all of my major and minor mods with excellence. If you have a diesel that needs attention in the greater Phoenix area you could not go wrong with Strictly Diesel.

That's badass when local people are well known nationally.

Wow. I just did that. I'm assuming OP got his truck fixed 5 years later?
