Welcome to FTE. It should be something simple. Did you get all the plugs back on?

The first rule of troubleshooting (at least my first rule) is that if something is working, then I do something, and then it quits working, it is probably something I did when I did something. This rule is not hard and fast, however most of the time it will steer you to the problem. You removed the cluster to replace the bulbs. Everything was working before you removed the cluster. Bulbs were replaced, and cluster reinstalled. Nothing works anymore. You either forgot to hook something up, or caused a fault (like shorting out the GEM, which controls those systems). If you are comfortable with a volt meter and wiring diagrams, start measuring and find the culprit. My guess is your trouble is a plug not connected. Good luck and keep us posted

Well, it may not be quite as a dire circumstance as what you think. Check it out, including rechecking ALL the fuses, and keep us posted. Unless you had the key on or power to the system when it was removed, you probably didn't short anything out.

Well here is my thoughts, I did some work in the back of my instrument cluster and when I was done I had problems with lights and such. I found a few blown fuses, but even when I replaced them I still had some of the problems. Anyways I later found I blown more fuses, not just the ones in the small fuse box, mine is located in the dash behind where the driver side door closes, but in the fuse box in the engine compartment. You might have already checked all of them but if not, check both fuse boxes.

All the fuses should keep you from frying anything, did you check all the fuses? both the interior and exterior ones? It could be something else, but this sounds to familiar to what happened to me, and it all ended up being fuses. If that isn't it I'd say its a loose connection or a short.
