Exhaust question

I want to put a cat back system on my truck (FX4 SCREW 5.4) but I plan on getting the Whipple supercharger in about a year. Will a cat back system need to be repllaced when the charger is installed because of the increased HP? I believe the cat back systems are generally 3 inch. Will I need like 4 inch or more with the charger?
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
