guys, where does the mbrp 4 inch turbo back exhaust expand to 4 inch? i want to delete my cat, but do not want excess adapters in the system, any information or help woul dbe great
thanks, i orderd the 4 inch turbo back kit, however i will make my own cat delete and make it 4 inch all the way up to the downpipe.
also how fun is it getting stock downpipe off? i figure i might have to cut it, which if it makes it quicker i will do it.
Hey orionife could you take some photos of your MBRP cool duals. I'm thinking of changing my 4" MBRP to the dual system. Does the drivers side pipe fit good? I keep looking under my truck and it doesn't look like there's a lot of room near the fuel tank.
Thanks
Thanks MBRP Tech.
I'm still thinking about the conversion. I got the parts list from you and have a couple of price quotes for the parts. I wish I would have just gone with the duals when I bought the single. Oh well...
I read on MBRP's web sight they did not recommend using cool duals on trucks with a goose neck hitch.. When i was under my truck putting in my single kit, i noticed it would be very tight if even at all there with clearing my hitch
I installed the cool duels on my exstended cab 8' bed 4X4 F-350 and I have about 1 1/2 - 2" of clearence at the rear corner of the fuel tank. Fuel tank has a "dent" in it as thought it was molded to allow for this duel exhaust application.

bansheemike,
You'll have no issues near the fuel tank on the drivers side. On the Fords we go between the spare tire and the shock.
