I paid $1.85/gal here in NW Illinois for diesel, while gas was $1.69 for the cheap stuff. Ironic that about 4-6 weeks ago gas was over $2.00/gal while I was buying Diesel @ $1.65/ gal. Oh well, I'd rather be driving the 6.0 and paying more right now than having a gasser!
Here in Missouri it seems to be leveled out for a while at 1.74. On the weekends in Arkansas or Northern Missouri it seems to be steady at 1.85.

P.S. Think of the v10 guys at even 1.70/gallon at 8-9mpg.. OUCH!!!
Well I live in El Dorado AR and we got a big refinery in our town. I filled up wallago about three miles up the road from this refinery and I paid 1.96. Transportation cost must be the reason for the high prices....LOL Only getting 17 MPG for now with 8400 miles
get this guys, I was in Jamaica the end of aug, and diesel was $34.64.
now of course that is jamaican dollars.. but that is like $.60 american. what is up with that..

Oh and I forgot to mention that they just had a big turn around to put in a low sulpher diesel unit for future EPA emissions standards....so in other words just the excuse they needed to jack up the price on the "crap" leftover from oil refining.
$2.39 and $2.35 at the two nearby Stations (only two!) that carry diesel here in South Orange County, Lo Cal. To top it off I am averaging combined city/highway about 11-12 mpg.
I am considering having my Ex. checked out, it is a 2005 with 1100 miles on it now, and I drive it pretty gently, empty, and am worried something might be outa wack with the motor. Plus it was surging on my at a traffic light the other day, just a little, and it hasn't happened again...
