Let it go, if it was a ford pulling a dodge you'd be laughing about it, not mad. Then, I'd be listening to someone at the dodge forum I belong whine and moan about that. Personally, if I bought a diesel truck, it would be a dodge. I like the cummins engine and I am just as big of a fan of dodge trucks as I am of fords. Chebbies on the other hand...........

LMAO.... Thanks, almost spewed applesauce out my nose while reading that one.

I would wager that they have the Ford on the trailer as a spare for when the Dodge tranny blows while trying to pull the truck and trailer weight.

Amen brother Amen

I completly agree. I like the creature comforts of ford, the stylings of dodge, and the reliability/power from a chevy.

I don't get why so many people really like fords and "hate" other trucks. If dodges and chevys were as bad as everyone said, WHY DO THEY STILL SELL SO MANY?

Each manufacturer's trucks have their good points and bad points. CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF, there are some things dodge and chevys do better than fords.

I just think it's people being so insecure that they INSIST that their truck is BETTER......NO OTHER TRUCK COMES CLOSE!!! Get a life, people. It's great that we like our fords, but that doesn't mean that we should hate everything else that isn't ours.

I seen you 'round for a long long time
I really 'membered you when you drink my wine

I mean honestly, just appreciate what everyone else has, and leave it at that. Life is too short to get worked up over an advertisement in a four wheel magazine. Dodge got you thinkin though, didn't they? I would say their ad was succesful.

Bravo! I gave up the manufacturer war long ago. I know what I like and as long as I have it, that's all that matters.

I think the real enemies are the imports, not Chevy or Dodge.

Isn't this the same magazine that chose Volkswagens Tourage as the 4X4 of the year? And you are even giving credible thought to anything they print?

Uh, chris, check your facts before you argue please.

The dodge ram is made in St Louis, Missouri, not mexico. The 5.7l Hemi is made in mexico. does that make it an import?

OH, WAIT.......My F-150 was made in Canada. IT'S A CANADIAN IMPORT!!!!!

But wait........Ford owns Mazda(Japanese), Volvo(European), Jaguar(English), Land Rover(not sure, but I think english), and Aston Martin(English).

The only car companies that aren't multi-national are JAPANESE or KOREAN......But, Ford is American, so is Dodge, so is Chevy.....even if they have stockholders in other countries.

Read this article. http://www.motorcities.com/contents/02LFG014009195.html

The thing here is ford owns. Dodge doesn't own dalmier Dalmier owns dodge.
It's where the bottom line goes.

There's no point in arguing this......i'll just shut up now.

Ford enthusiasts will still insists ford is the best
Dodge enthusiasts will still think dodge is the best.

And me - I just like my truck, I don't care!

i got that magazine also, here is what i think, it takes a dodge 3/4 ton to pull a ford 1/2 ton, but when the dodge tranny overheats and dies, you have back-up transportation, and get to leave a wildlife refuge behind. (the dodge)

That attitude is just as bad as people bashing Chevy and Dodge. Just appreciate the beauty of each car, and the work that the owners put into them. You may not agree with what they have done, but they might not agree with your taste either. People gotta just relax
