hook up the electric fan so it works properly either by a toggle switch or a temp sensor. or go back to the stock setup which works . why did you go electric?
the oil gauge that isnt working would that be the stock one? if so then its either a loose wire or bad sender unit

Did you wire the fan on the same circuit as the gauges? If so, look for short or blown fues from too much load.

Get a F-250 Radiator. Thats what I have in mine and the gauge is always cool.

Ah yes the major drawback to electric fans...they need electricity. Chances are your gauge problem is a result of the overheating which could have fried the temp and pressure sensors in the block. Kemicalburns has a good question...why the swap? Check the archives on this forum in particular because the subject of just how effective electric fans are compared to the HP gains people look for by putting them in place of the stock fan has been beaten to death. As I recall the current draw from a fan or fans necessary to keep the truck cool creates nearly as much of an HP loss as the stock belt-driven fan.
