I've got an 87 BII, 2wd, Eddie Bauer and am looking for some of the snap in center wheel caps that fit the OEM alloy wheels. Can anyone help me with a source, please? Does anything else fit it?
If you mean the ten spoke alloy wheels that have black painted inserts and little fake bolts, then Ranger ones should fit too. It is a standard wheel, 15x6, for the chassis line.
Yea, those are the ones (10 spoke is what they call them at the junk yards).
As for new, I don't know where to get them.
You can probably walk into any junkyard and pull them right off a BII or Ranger. Most places will not say they have them since they dont know or care about such a small apart. I use to just walk around if they had a Ford section and pull all the parts "they dont have" on the vehicles "they dont have".
FWIW: I do not think 4x4 ones will fit on the front since they are a "hub" cover that goes underneath the rim.
I do not have my Ford book handy, but, I think 1990 Explorers had these type of wheels too.
