Bug guards really do work. Pushes the airflow over the top, mostly. However I agree that for the 2004 F150 it doesn't look that good, which is why I haven't gotten one yet. Had a white 95 Bronco and I bought a clear bug guard and had the guy paint the back of it the same color as the truck. Way cool. My son wants me to get a carbon fiber bug guard for my blue 2004 F150. We'll see.
