Hello everyone, I just got through installing a Weiand stealth intake manifold on my 460 and really like what it has done for my engine but my C6 kickdown rod no longer reaches the carb. What can I do about this? Is it worth the time to mess with the original one or better to buy an aftermarket piece? Any help would be really appreciated.

You can tweak the existing rod with some careful bending to get it to work. It takes a little time(bend a little, test, bend some more, etc.).

Lokar makes a kickdown cable kit.I have a Edelbrock manfi. and a 2" spacer,needed the cable kit for the c6 tranny.
