egr valve
good morning to all
i have a 94 302. its showing through codes that my egr valve has insuff. flow. should i trouble shoot or just get it replaced?
also i noticed on my smog thingy it has red,black green,and beige hoses going around the moter from left to right. on the right side, the last to hoses are cut. found the cut peices in the glove compartment. but no matter how i position them i find no connection to anything. i replaced my cat already. was totally clogged. and my new one already sounds different. dont want to ruin this one.any advice?

You can take the EGR apart and try to clean it, that should work. Your vacuum lines should be reattached. The diagram is on the valve cover or someplace you can find it. Buy some vac hose that fits tight over the broken ends and try to patch it together that way. Otherwise, run new vac hose.
