I 84 F250 came stock without the delay wiper switch i was wondering can i put a delay wiper switch out of a truck or bronco that came with one in my truck i know i can but my question is will it work right i know that if i put a delay wiper switch in my truck that i have to break off a little tab thing ont he switch a plastic part to fit into connector as i put one in from a junk yard and it didnt work only on the second to last click other then was junk so can it be done and will it work right or did i just get a bad switch?

It is simply a plug in and it works.

You will require the switch & the governor (black box that is attached to the switch)

Any other years may pose a problem.
