welcome too FTE I dont believe any one does a 3 inch leveling kit, also are you sure about the height of those tires, 315/70/16 are 35 inches tall and 12.5 wide. that is what I had on my last super duty and 2.5 inch rancho level kit it was just enough to clear the tires. you will probally need the 4 inch lift, good luck

315/75/16s are basically 35x12.50s, 305/70/16s are basically 33x12.50s so a 325/70/16 sounds like it should be about a 34x12.50 or 34x13. What size wheel are you planning on running?

From: Fort. Lauderdale FL,
Im running a 3inch (really it measures about 2.75) Pro Comp on my srw 350 to level her out. Rides great. Stock rims and tires now but plain on 315's soon. The Pro Comp is new Leaf packs up front with the military clamps and comes as a kit with new front shocks. I will send you a picture so you can check it out.

Wolfee, how much did that cost you if you don't mind sharing that info? Self installed? Your truck looks great. That 4" elevation in the rear just makes mine look awkward.

I don't understand this rear end hight thing, I had a 97 f350 psd that was level, 99 F250 psd 3-4 inches high in the rear, 01 F250 PSD level, 02 F250 level, and now this 04 F350 psd that sits at least 4" high in the rear. All were 4X4 crew cab long beds without the camper package, what gives?

5moons the reason you are seeing a variance in rear height is this: 99 F250 had a 4" rear block installed factory, 01 and 02 F250s should have a 2" rear factory block, 04 F350 should have a 4" rear block just like your 99 F250 had. The trucks with 2" rear blocks usaully sit fairly level while the trucks with 4" blocks usually sit tail high. Hope this helps.

The 99 had the 4" block because it was before Ford decided to lower them when people complained they were too high. The 01 and 02 had the 2" block because that was Fords solution to lower the truck. The 04 is a F350 and all F350s are supposed to have the 4" block. As far as the 97 goes not to sure but I know my 97 F250 sat tail high. The reason for the taller block is that the truck will sit level at close to max payload instead of sagging. Basically the amount of weight in the bed of a F350 would have to compress the rear springs 2" further then in a F250 to make the rear end sag.

That was my quess, but just wasn't sure when some had it and some didn't. I do notice now that all 350's seem to have the 4" blocks. Thanks for your time.

The leafs packs with the shocks installed was about $450-$500. I probably could have gotten the kit myself for alot cheaper and installed it myself. I am handy around the truck but installing new leafs and all was just easier to have local shop install it. Ride isnt bad for stouter leafs.

Welcome and check out my user gallery. Fabtech 3.5 in the front, nothing in the rear. The lift retains your original springs. 315-75-16 tires....35-12.50-16

Hope this helps...

I have 305's with a Tuff Country Leveling kit and my front tires rub on hard turns. Just a FYI
