how about going to the horses mouth ? - your owners manual or go to this Ford website www.myford.fordvehicles.com
and you can register your truck and it not only shows suggested service, but all service done by Ford dealers, and you can enter the service you've done on your own !

The tires managed to outlive the engine at 10k...and the way things are feeling, the tranmission might make it another 2k, if I am easy on it...
The hubs will probably explode at about 15k, along with the front wheel transfer case output shaft at about 20k, from racing up the mountain on dry pavement on 4x4...

Will have to look at it again... think it was the coolant flush ??? in the 30K service ? which I just had done...
but u can compare it to the requested service at the ford website listed...
I just tend to trust on line databases more than manual spreadsheets ...
just my insecurity complex
