electric malfunction
my 93 non-turbo has a blinker problem.....i think. when the cruise control is on, the right (and only the R blinker) blinker makes the speedometer go from 65 (present speed) to 40 instantly, and then back as the blinker goes back on. so the needle on the the speedo moves as the blinker goes on and off. where do i start?

the plot thickens.....yesterday when the latest hurricane came up the coast (i am located in charlotte, NC) is when all of this stuff went down....today, dry and windy, no problems to document....go figure. a bad ground is what i will attempt to locate. thank you very much.
