low fuel light
My low fuel light is on and I know there is pleanty of fuel in the tank. How do you test the fuel gauge and light. It might be the sending unit, can you test this? Where is the best place to buy a sending unit?

No the Fuel low light is on the console by your shifter on some B2's they have a console with various different lights Mine has the same thing but my fuel low light is only on when I first start the vehicle. does your fuel gauge work? if not this could be part of the problem...

The low fuel light is in the center console. It's in a display with other lights to let you know the status of certain items. They are headlight, taillight, brake light, low fuel light, windshield washer fluid low light. If any of these are lit you should check the corresponding system. FYI on my 88 BII when the low fuel light comes on I have approx. 5 gallons left.
