93 Aerostar brake system
I flushed the brake system on my 92 F-150 and 89 Bronco II. Had my son pump the brakes while I bled each wheel. I want to keep the system clean and especially keep the sludge out of the antilock unit. Can I do the same with the system on my 93 all wheel drive Aerostar? I have the factory shop book and it is not too clear on this.

I just got done partially flushing the brake system on my '95 4WD Aerostar two weeks ago. The only problem I had was that the bleeder screws were corroded so badly that I broke one off on the left rear wheel cylinder. So, when I checked the front caliper bleed screws and found them just as badly corroded, I called it quits rather than risk busting off the bleed screw and having to replace the caliper. I used one of those hand vacuum pumps to flush the system so that I could do it without having someone pump the brakes.
