Call motorhaven for a kit price after you research this : http://www.motorhaven.com/customer/home.php?cat=219
I have a turbo back and Predator I run on +65Hp 99.9% of the time... no gauges and runs fine after 33k+ miles...
Some have stock exhaust and air filter upgrades and no problems...
but that is with NO towing to generate any extra load/heat....
the drain plug is on the inside of the drivers side frame rail under your feet...
small brass pluc on the inside of the fuel conditioner module (water separator)...
as an fyi... I've NEVER found water in mine and so haven't drained it in 25K miles...
