The 6.0L Powerstroke has no need for such low-tech solutions as "blow off valves." The Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT) makes sure the optimum amount of boost is available to the engine without having to dump any excess. If you just want to make weird noises as you run up through the gears, I think it's back to the ricers, sorry...

Not sure if youre just misinformed or not, but yeah, the 6.0 doesnt have a blow off valve. The whistle sound is the that of the turbo spooling. If you want to hear that better get the exhaust.
If you want a blow off valve sound, uhhhhh, you could get one of those fake blow off valve speaker things
