Brain Tumor
. He went off to Florida on business because of the hurricanes and when he came back she had her stuff packed and told him she doesnt wanna be married anymore and left, hasnt asked for a divorce or anything and she wont tell ANY one why, not even her parents. Well about 6 months ago she was getting headaches and went to the doctor and they found a brian tumor. We dunno if she met someone else or...the tumor is messing with her mind and causing her to not think clearly. This is NOT like her AT ALL. I would of NEVER expected her to do this, shes a very down to earth girl. Im sad as hell but I dont wanna even know what my uncle is feeling right now, I havent gotten to talk to him
Can a brain tumor cause someone not to think right? Doc said that it can be fixed just by taking pills, but she wont do it....well....we all know what will soon happen....
. Shes nor my uncle are even 30 yet.

Perhaps your uncle can get the doctor to tell him about that. It's conceivable that if the Doc's will agree to it you Unc can get a court to require treatment based on diminished capacity. Hard to say, and a really tricky thing.
It's also possible your Aunt is having severe death anxiety...if she's under 30 she is/was still in the "I'm immortal' frame of mind. Being faced with one's own death at that age can jerk you right out of existential complacency and set you spinning, and questioning everything about your life. She needs a good shrink to test this part out. A psychiatrist, not a MAsters level...psychiatrists are MD's first, then trained in psychiatry.
I know, because I almost died at 15 from complications from knee surgery from HS football. Trying to get me to commit to anything long range that doesn't involve family, friends, or exploring the world...forget it. Life's too random.
Your uncle needs to tread very carefully...if she's suffering from depression from the death anxiety he would do best to hold on very loosely.
Good Luck,
Erik
