Question abs light

I have a 2000 Ford F-150 ex cab 4X4 5.4L 7700 payload package. My ABS light stays on solid as soon as I start the pickup, it will come on right away as it is supposed to, go off for a second and then back on, I don't even have to tough the brake pedal. It began the day after I pressure washed the engine compartment, I drove it the same day and did not see the light come one. Does anyone know of any common problems that I could begin checking out?

Try unhooking the elec connector to rabs valve and blowing it out good. Rabs valve is located right below brake fluid reservior.

I was not able to unhook the electrical connector, is there a trick to getting that one off? I cannot find any clips that would hold it in. I did try to blow air in around it and from the back side, it seemed that there was quite a bit of water in it.

I think the release clip is on the bottom of the connector

I was finally able to get it unplugged, but I don't believe that was the problem. I left it unplugged and started the pickup, and then the brake light was on. But, the other sensor directly in front of that one (it appears to be some sort of brake pressure sensor) could be the problem? I unplugged that one, and the ABS light came on in the same way that it had before. I OHM checked the sensor, and got between 3 and 6 ohm. Does anyone know what the specs are on that sensor?

Mine did the same thing. try checking the rear wheel speed sensor on top of the rear diff. I bought a new one, but all mine needed was to clean it. I replaced it anyways since i had it out and a new one handy. It was very easy(one bolt), and the sensor was about $23.00
