Hi Jerry,
I just did the same thing in my 99 reg cab. It was a very easy swap, there are four additional bolts in the new seat. Luckily the holes are already in the truck under the carpet. You will have to get the additional bolts from the dealer because they are special bolts. What a huge difference this made in my truck, it is like a new one.
