I just ordered one(due in today!!!!!!!!!) It is http://www.tymarperformance.com The guy's name is Dale if I remember right. He is very helpful. I looked at a lot of intakes, and for the money ~$120, you can't beat it. I am told the Tymar has a huge filter and really lets the truck get as much air as it wants. It makes the turbo sound much more pronounced. 
I am not sure what just the intake gets you as far as HP, but if you do a chip and exhaust you you would need the intake anyway.
