Wastegate problem.
Im new, found this place looking for answere to air noise after adding stage 2 air ind. and 4 inch turboback exhaust to 60hp bully dog chip. I have injoyed reading along and decided to join. I have 2002 F350 crew cab 4x4 7.3 psd. I now believe it is the wastegate noise.

Howdy curtwalk and welcome to FTE! Have you checked out the Powerstroke forums to see if you can get any ideas there yet? Lots of knowledge floating around here and I'll bet someone can lead you in the right direction.
