Thanks, I was able to get a decent set of measurements by using that site. My 94 Aero 4.0L 2wd. has a 35mm front sway bar. When I get the parts and install them I'll let you know the sizes and P/n.
Make sure you get fittings to grease these! They make a noise that drives you crazy when it rain's or is damp. I drilled mine for the fitting cause I had replaced them all with Poly.
If you get the models without grease fittings or passages, you can drill the clamps and pushings for grease fittings. But to make them more effective, you also want to cut some grooves into the inside surfaces of the bushings to let the grease get to the surface between the bar and bushing where it will do the most good. I used a Dremel tool with a cutting disk. If the greasable versions were available when I bought mine, I would have gotten those instead. I think it's well worth the slightly extra cost to let them do all the drilling and cutting.
I ordered the Bushings from SummitRacing.com. Part # ENS-9-5173G Bushing,Sway Bar Set, Greasable, 1 3/8" / 35mm, Black @ $18.99, this is a pair. Part # ENS-9-8103G Bushing, Sway Bar End Link Set, 7/16"ID x 1 1/4" OD x 3/4" Long. Qty 4, Black @ $6.69 (You'll need two sets of these for left and right sides) For a total of $13.38. The handling was $8.95. If you want them in Red, substitute a letter "R" for the "G" at the end of the part #. I'll let you know when I have them installed. I'm 95% sure these are the correct parts for the 35mm bar.
I was surprised when I saw my bushings at my door this afternoon. They were ordered Tues, at 2:04 P.M and sent ground. Put them on tonight and they fit and ride great. The Haynes manual said to jack the Van, but noticed this put tension on the sway bar. So I didn"t raise the van, just used cardboard as a creeper. Removed the 4 bolts from the valance, and the two middle pins, but didn't pull the valance completly off, as per the manual. followed manual instructions, its easier if you loosely pre-assemble the links on the sway bar, and lube and place the frame bushings on the bar first.
