painting atv plastic/polypro?

Anyone paint plastic/polpropelene SP? on ATVs.

I'm in the process of fixing up my old polaris trail boss, and repainting the faded plastic fenders, and gas tank would make it at least look better.

thanks/

Try the Krylon Fusion. I used it to paint the surround on my back window and a few other pieces. Stuff works GREAT!

on edit: I've also heard of folks getting thier 4 wheelers Rhino lined. Would hold up alot better than spray paint.

I used Fusion on a pool lounge and it covered great. It does not have a smooth finish but looks MUCH better than it did!

I did have to hit the window surround w/ 800 grit in a few places, but most of it came out very smooth.

or you could go the automotive paint route and use a adheasion promoter for polypro and then lay your paint of choice
