The dust boots are located underneath the vehicle, on either side of the power steering rack, where the tie rods are attached.
They are circular folded rubber, sort of
accordion like folds. If fluid is behind them or it is wet around them, it's likely the rack end seals are leaking.

ok, once i get a chance to look, I will, its raining off and on right now, so i'm not gonna go crawl around in the water, thanks for your help, i'll post the results once i get a chance to look.
