What is it?
What is the Automatic Idle Controller? I've heard about them for a while now, but what exactly does it do? I'm trying to figure out of my '05 has one - I thought I'd heard they were included in the base package for '05...

It's used to set or vary the speed of the motor while parked...IE using the PTO or running an air compressor, etc. Also varies the idle to prevent wet stacking when idleing for extended periods. Also good for diagnostics...I'm currently using it to set the idle at 1200-1500 r's to find out where the heck this drone and vibration is comming from....Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
