I have a 1988 Ford F150, and I had to replace the hydraulic line for the clutch master cylinder. Now I only have "pedal" the last 1/3 of the way down, and
I am having trouble bleeding the cylinder.
First, make sure the reservior is full and next crack the bleeder valve open on the slave cylinder, let it gravity bleed and once you see fluid close the valve up.
Second, top off reservior with fluid and have a helper to pump the pedal. Pump the pedal a few times and then hold it down, crack the valve open to let any air out. Do this a couple of times and you're set to go.
