Odometer, speedometer, ABS light GONE
This will be a big thank you to the board. Did my search and found the answer. Thanks for posting the solution to this problem.
I pulled the ABS/Speed sensor off the truck and found large pieces of crap all over the thing. Bought a new sensor on the way home for $20 from the dealer. I probably could have cleaned the old one and replaced it, but since I removed it, for $20 I will take the new one. Speed/Odom. work and the ABS light is out, the SES is out and the OD light does not flash anymore. It took 5 minutes to remove the old, dielectric grease-up the new one and bolt it down.
Look forward to contributing to this board.
PS I have a slightly used sensor for sale ($.01)
