v-power?
does anyone know if this new Shell V-Power fuel works like they says it does, seeing as though i only need unleaded for my v8 truck i was wondering if anyone has tried the v-power fuel additive???

yea it only comes in premium. got suckered for that before.
i only use the companies that i think are the best exxon, chevron, 76 the bigger names and i havent noticed anything different as long as its a busy place that gets new gas regularly. techron comes in all their gas i think otherwise you can just buy it in little bottles to add to your tank; you can try that to see if it does anything.

gas brand?
well what gas brand do u people use? just wondering i use shell, because i believe when i bought my truck thats where the dealer filled it up with gas @, since there was one right there next to them, so i kind of just started using shell afterwards putting it on a credit card from shell, so should i try the v-power? my truck runs fine with just unleaded... i know alot of pp taht use chevron because of the techron in all their gas types, but seeing as though all i use is shell if i switced would the gas mixture cause a problem?

if i was going to switch gas i always do it when i get really low into the tank so it dosent mix. just use unleaded its all you need and suppoed to put unless you chip it. like i said before stick to one of the bigger brands and get it from a busy place so the gas would be newer.

chevron or shell?
which one do you believe is the better gas for your ford truck? asking based upon unleaded gasoline, since chevron has techron, and not sure what shell has? heh

For the most part, gas is gas (at least in my neck of the woods). I buy the cheap stuff at whatever station I come accross and I have never had a problem concerning the gasoline with any vehicle I've ever owned.
