locking gas cap

hi,

does ford offer an OEM locking gas cap for the 2004 F150's?

Sure do-runs about $39.95-real reasonable..go for it.

lol, awesome.. i will get a part number at the dealership and look for one online.. i guess its worth it if it can deter someone from adding sugar or something into your gas tank..

I'm going to ask at a parts store about what's available there and what the price is. There's a good chance there's others available also.

If you find a locking gas cap anywhere, post the part number and where you got it.

I went to the dealer, schucks, B&B, And napa- Nobody seems to have one for the new body 2004. Dealer had the heritage style.

BTW- those fancy billit doors are not locking covers either.

Hey Hey Hi Proud Monkey !
Got mine on the Internet at www.ford accessories.com for $ 39.95 plus shipping , when you get to the f-150 section go to search option and type in locking gas cap and hit enter , its the first one on the list with no image , make sure it say's 2004 New body style Ok , if you want to order by phone the number is 1-877-695-3673 . they work great and give you piece of mind .
