Question sagging door

Several years ago i had the hinge pins in the drivers door replaced. The pin was almost sheared off and when the door was unlatched it would drop down at the latch end about a quarter inch. I had it fixed at the Ford dealer to the tune of $100. Since then the passenger side has developed the same problem and the drivers door is again a problem. It is displaced enough that the front edge of the door is now nicking the front fender panel as the door swings open. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a good fix?

you can go to autozone for 10.00 and get the pins yourself. you will need a little dremel to grind off the bottom of the old pins. you get bushings and pins...use both. i have done it on every ford i have owned and some friends...might take an hour...

Yes, I had that same problem with my 86 Ford F-250 driver side door. Replacing the hinge assembly solves the problem. Unfortunately the hinge is usually pretty expensive...about $50 bucks if I remember correctly.
