the only thing that a cleveland and a windsor share are the cubic inches ...
the 351C shares the same block design as the 351M and 400M while the 351W is a bigger 302"small block" i have always been under the idea that the 351C was more of a horse power motor and not such a torqe motor plus ya are gonna spend more putting a 351C together. I my self have a 351W and a 351M but have never had the luck of messing with a 351C.
