The roll pin rides in a groove on a stud. Usually they are loose because the window seal is gone. Remove the whole assy and repair as required. You can get parts at our sponsors. Make sure you lubricate the stud when you put it all back together. I like to use anti-seize on situations like this. To remove the roll pin you will need the frame out of the vehicle anyway. You will need a solid surface to hold the handle against to punch it out.
Thanks everyone for the help! I am going to order a couple. The plastic on the tip of the handle was worn out. i believe I will replace seals anyway while have everything off!
