Well, when I've got a little time on my hands, I usually think about different things that I think would be "cool." In this case, now that I have the new truck, the exhaust for it has been somewhat of a mission that has been on my mind for several days.
I have a '95 F-350 XLT Crew Cab DRW. It has 80K, and will be programmed with a Superchips MaxMicro Tuner. I am going to put a four or five-inch exhaust system on the truck, but I really want to trick my truck out with dual exhaust pipes that would exit at the rear of both sides! I have been Google searching for a kit that would come complete with everything I need to make this happen. However, I have not been able to find this kit for my year '95. There is one for the newer trucks. Does anyone know if a clean dual-exhaust kit for the middle-'90s Powerstroke pickups is available and at how much? If only the single big pipe is applicable, well, that's the way it goes. How difficult and/or do-able is a "custom" big exhaust that exits on both sides of the truck?
I appreciate your help and information, guys. The truck is awesome!
I cannot give you the best advice for your application as I have an 03'.... but have you checked out Airflow.com yet? You can piece together a system from there. From what I've read for earlier PSD's one of the best downpipes is the Hypermax downpipe. If you're going to go the custom route, you may have a hard time finding somebody that can work with 4" or 5" in pipe. Maybe check into a local big rig shop. good luck!

"Local big rig shop." There's a good idea. Might be something one of those cats can do in his sleep! Hmmmm. Thanks, man. I appreciate the idea.
Another alternative would be to do dual 3 inch right after the downpipe and then put 5 in tips on it, alot of places can do 3 inch pipe bending no problem, I have that exact system, 3 inch with 5 inch side pipes, sounds great and never a problem with restriction, flows awesome.
