trans problems
To start it of i have a 04 f250 ccsb 6.0 373 limitslip 14,000 pull a 32 foot fith wheel .
this last trip pulling the camper with trans in t/h mode about 3 hr running 65 mph . I pulled up to pay a toll and slowing down i herd a load noise coming from the trans and the motor rpm went up i was still going about 50mph when this happened . Also when i took off the truck was hard to get going again like the trans was holding it back . When i got to the next toll the trans did it again . At this time i took the t/h mode off and the trans did alot better . We made it back home and i have a appointment next wendays for ford to check it out . When i pulled the camper in normal mode the trans temp went in the yellow and stayed there . Has any of you herd of this problems also do you think running the trans in yellow did any thing. O milage has never been good puling the camper this time 10.5 at $2 a gal this sux . with out the camper no tail gate 15.3

If that is the case, there is not too much you can do. If you have something to pull the codes, then do so, and post what you find. Otherwise, it would be in your best interest to take it in, before it does any physical damage to the rest of the transmsission.
