There is a GT
For those of you with a moss motors catalog, look on page 39...
It is a bunch of aftermarket parts installed for you, i guess. not sure if its available through ford or a place like roush.
the moss motors website doesnt have a complete picture of it, but heres the tailgate: notice it says GT DNA on the license plate.

Id bet it is a 150 with a conversion. I see them all the time in Detroit. I have actually seen them with the big old bumper fascias and side mouldings and it had a Gt sticker on the box (where the fx4 sticker would go). I have also seen them converted by MarkIII. The dealer just sends them to the conversion company and there should be an extra sticker on the window for the price of the conversion.

i have seen a bunch of those trucks that went to a conversion company and had the GT on them. alot fo the same companies that do conversion vans also do trucks. although i dont see as many around as i use to on dealer lots.

Go and take a look at the 2004 F150 conversions that are on the lot in Conyers, Ga. since you are in the Atlanta area. Courtesy Ford on Dogwood Drive. There are 5 on the lot converted by SHERROD. The SHERROD name is actually on the truck. They look good and you would think Ford made them. But they are sent by the dealer to be converted then price is marked up for the additions plus. Very similar in the rear as the picture BLACK2004FX4 posted above. Everything looks factory.

Click on the link above that KevinM posted. Then click "Trucks" in the menu and check out the Stallion and Baja versions! Those are the ones they have in Conyers, Ga. on the dealer's lot. Notice the fog lamps in the front bumper.

i have seen those f150 GTs around me too...but i live in so cal!!! i have seen two in one day, and they werent the same one! one was on a lot and one was driving. I was wondering about these as well, they have body cladding front back and sides, a bed cover and a cheap looking probaly fake hood scoop, but i believe it was a extended cab short bed, style side... it was interesting i guess nobody has any real solid answers about them cept for the ones from the dealer in atlanta, which prolly are different than the ones im seeing!

yeah it was the only thing on here that talked about the new body style and the gt 150s, cuz id like to know what they are but seems nobody actually knows if its a real package or what, but yeah i did dig deep!!

to be honest, I am thinking its a dealer add-on package...
There is a dealer down the road from me that puts some trucks out on the lot that would make 6 lb baby Jesus cry....and they plaster it with all kinds of badges...now sitting right next to the waste of a good truck is a Saleen F-150...and boy...sedate vs. screaming...I will take the sedate any day of the week...
